Cheesy Sausage Bites

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 3/4 pound spicy pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
In a large bowl, beat eggs, add flour, baking powder and salt. Blend thoroughly. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2" baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into small squares; serve warm. Serves 36.
