The Palmer FFA chapter is having great year, with a higher enrollment rate than previous times totaling up to 35 active members ranging from seventh to twelfth grade. The seven officer positions are also filled with Jack Wardyn as President, Riley Santin as V.P., Tyler Wichmann as Sentinel, Megan Meyer as Secretary, Michael Happ as Treasurer, Dominick Helgoth as Parliamentarian, and Allison Dush as Reporter.

 

   Michael Happ has qualified for state in extemporaneous speaking. National FFA week is once more under way including a petting zoo, official dress day, four-wheeler safety, and drive your tractor to school day. As well as National FFA Week the Palmer chapter has its’ career development event or CDE coming up on March third at Columbus and livestock Judging in Albion taking place on March 17th.
